OUR STORY
Lilly Jolie Berry was a beautiful, fun loving and caring child. She loved to help others in any way she could. On June 7th 2017 Lilly passed away due to an AVM. This was a sudden loss that had no illness building up to her passing. AVM in the brain is very rare and nearly impossible to detect. We as a foundation want to help others be educated on AVM through awareness education as well as help others in the community as Lilly would. We would like EVERYONE to Fight for a better day just like Lilly.

We had such an amazing turn out at our Second event The 2019 Lilly Berry Foundation All-Star tournament. We want to thank all who donated their time and concessions to make this a success. We were able to talk about and hand out pamphlets educating everyone about AVM. Thanks again to all who participated. You can see photos from the event on our Tournament Memories.

AVM (Arteriovenous Malformation)
Neurosurgery Arteriovenous malformation ( AVM ) is an abnormal connection between arteries and veins , bypassing the capillary system . This vascular anomaly is widely known because of its occurrence in the central nervous system (usually cerebral AVM), but can appear in any location. Although many AVMs are asymptomatic, they can cause intense pain or bleeding or lead to other serious medical problems.
